It's not all in your head.
It's all in your body.

This is for neurodivergent women who are done feeling trapped by anxiety, burnout and chronic illness…

Create a foundation of sustainable health that gives you the freedom to build the life of your dreams!

So you can go from…

  • Too exhausted, anxious, or pained to do anything besides scrolling your phone or binge watch your favorite show when you are home...to having the energy, motivation, and freedom to spend your time doing things that light you up and leave you feeling fulfilled
  • Knowing what you “should” do... to actually taking action on the things that make the most impact with confidence and ease
  • The uncertainty of never knowing if, when or how your energy and functioning levels will drop...to having a relationship of trust with your body based on understanding and support

Does this sound familiar?

  • By the time work is done, you are mentally and physically spent. At home you get sucked into your phone and spend the evening doomscrolling and binge watching. Even the weekend isn't enough to recover and you are starting to question your career choice.
  • You've lost motivation, and the things that used to light you up like reading, learning, travelling, and special interests feel completely out of reach.
  • You frequently realize you haven’t really eaten, hydrated, or gone to the bathroom for hours (if at all that day).
  • Most mornings you wake up feeling drained and overwhelmed before you even get out of bed.
  • You have way too much on your plate! You tell yourself you SHOULD be able to handle it all but the brain fog, fatigue, and anxiety keep getting in the way.
  • You can't remember how to relax and feel good without shame, anxiety, or the push to be productive creeping in.
  • You’ve experienced burnout before and managed to come out of it, so you think you just need to push through, maybe have a staycation and it will get better. But it always comes back worse than the last time.
  • Even when you do build up a little energy, you are only one unexpected responsibility, passive aggressive co-worker or tragic news story away from being drained again.

Cam R.

"I have felt really validated both in my autism experiences and my chronic illness experiences... we went at a pace I could handle."

Gretchen W.

"This is something that doesn't exist in our community. So much of the information about burnout is theoretical or academic. This feels so tremendously practical and truly supportive and accessible no matter how buried or disconnected a person is!"

Amy S.

"I do love myself, my body, and who I am. And it has changed everything."

Are you ready to...

Yes Please!

Imagine...

Waking up excited for the day, knowing you have the energy to get through it and still have the bandwidth for dinner with your friend, supporting your favorite cause, or a few hours of expressing your creativity.

Making long term plans (travelling, socializing, and bucket list goals) confident you won’t have to cancel last minute because of anxiety, burnout, or chronic illness.

Feeling deep love & appreciation toward your body every time you look in the mirror, confident that you know exactly how to take care of it and that it is taking care of you too.

Treating the cause, not just the symptoms

Through years of coaching neurodivergent humans in everything ranging from wellness and creativity to executive function and high performance, I discovered that most of my clients were missing a foundation of consistently meeting their basic needs.

According to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, the foundational needs have to be met before you can effectively pursue the higher needs.

And the primary culprit blocking those basic needs (and causing most of the burnout, chronic illness, and executive functioning issues) is a dysfunctional autonomic nervous system.

This keeps you in survival mode, and with each passing year and each cycle of burnout, it gets worse and worse as your symptoms increase and your functioning level decreases.

How to Be Weird and Well Foundations is designed to help you develop the understanding and skills to meet the needs of the bottom 1.5 (ish) levels of the pyramid.

The program includes explanations, practical steps, and guided resources for every stage of healing the autonomic nervous system and building a relationship of trust with the body.

This gives you a strong foundation and the energy to move up the pyramid and build a life that is the fullest expression of your beautifully unique neurodivergent self.

  • You are used to pushing yourself to your limits (and often past them) but you realize that isn’t sustainable and you are determined to learn how to work with your brain and body instead of against it.

  • You identify as high masking or highly sensitive and your needs have been put on the backburner while you focus on being productive and taking care of others.
